In April 2025, ahead of the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Foundation organized a series of exhibitions both in Armenia and abroad. These exhibitions aimed to preserve the memory of the genocide, promote public awareness, and contribute to the ongoing struggle for justice and recognition.
• On April 1–3, at Arizona State University, within the framework of Genocide Awareness Week, an exhibition titled "Women and Genocide: From Persecution to Empowerment" was opened in collaboration with the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute and the Zoryan Institute of Canada. It presents women’s experiences during the Armenian Genocide, the Jewish Holocaust, and the Rwandan Genocide. The exhibition will tour several cities in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• On April 11, an exhibition titled "The Armenian Woman: Victim and Heroine of Genocide" was opened in the building of the National Theatre of Bucharest. It was organized through the joint efforts of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, the Armenian Cultural Center of the Union of Armenians of Romania, the Embassy of Armenia in Romania, the Armenian Diocese of Romania, and the National Theatre of Bucharest.
• On April 21, within the framework of the 24th annual Armenian Genocide commemoration in Glendale, California, an exhibition titled "Documenting the Crime: Eyewitness Documenters of the Armenian Genocide" was opened in the courtyard of the Alex Theatre.
• On April 23, the exhibition "Documenting the Crime: Eyewitness Documenters of the Armenian Genocide" was opened in the temporary exhibition hall of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute in Yerevan.
• Also on April 23, in Chișinău, within the framework of the Armenian Genocide commemoration event organized by the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute and the Armenian community of Moldova, an exhibition titled "Documenting the Crime: The Armenian Genocide in Words and Images" was opened in the hall of the Palatul Republicii (Government Palace).
• On April 23, an exhibition titled "Wounds of Memory: The Armenian Genocide in Words and Images" was opened at the Armenian Museum in Moscow.
• On April 24, in the Vernatun Cultural Center of Saint Petersburg, an exhibition titled "Tracing the Families of Armenian Genocide Survivors" was opened.
• On April 24, during a commemoration event held at St. Mary the Virgin Church of Oxford University, an exhibition titled "Documenting the Crime: The Armenian Genocide in Texts and Images" was opened.
• On April 27, as part of the "Festival of Memory" dedicated to the Armenian Genocide, an exhibition titled "Wounds of Memory: The Armenian Genocide in Words and Images" was opened at the Books’ House Art Residence in Krasnodar.
• On April 29, an exhibition titled "The Story of a Painting" was opened at the Museum of Friendship of the Armenian and Russian Peoples in Abovyan. It featured the painting "The Defenders of Zeitoun: An Anxious Dawn" (1988) by painter Karen Gasparyan, Professor of the State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia and member of the Artists' Union of Armenia. The exhibition was accompanied by thematic posters under the title "The Armenian Woman: Victim and Hero of Genocide".
• On April 30, an exhibition titled "The Armenian Woman: Victim and Heroine of Genocide" was opened at the Kumayri Historical and Cultural Museum-Reserve Exhibition Hall. It was organized in collaboration with the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, the Shirak Museum of Local Lore, and the Kumayri Museum-Reserve.
• On May 3, in Cagliari, on the Italian island of Sardinia, the exhibition titled "110 Years of Memory: Voices, Music, and Resistance" was opened through the cooperation of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute and Associazione C.A.S.A.
