KARDASHIAN SISTERS VISITED ARMENIAN GENOCIDE MEMORIAL AND MUSEUM
Famous American-Armenian TV stars Kim and Courtney Kardashians and their children visited Armenian Genocide Memorial. Harutyun Marutyan, the Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute welcomed the guests and presented the history and symbolism of the Genocide Monument.
The Kardashian sisters laid flowers at the eternal fire and honored the memory of the innocent martyrs with a minute of silence, then they visited the Genocide Museum, where Lusine Abrahamyan, the deputy director of the museum presented the exhibition and details about the Genocide history.
AGMI Director Harutyun Marutyan gifted to the guests the volume authored by him “Illustration of Armenian identity: Genocide Memory and Karabakh Movement”, as well as other AGMI publications.
At the end of the visit the Kardashians left notes in the Memory Book of honorable guests.
Earlier, at a news conference, Kim Kardashian noted that she had discussed the issue of Armenian Genocide recognition with the US President's Administration at the White House.
She also stated that recognition is her goal and will never give up.
