On July 21, Hayk Demoyan, Secretary of the State Commission on the Commemoration of the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide and Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, participated in the regular meeting of the Lebanese Central Committee of the Armenian Genocide Centennial.

During the meeting positive response to the political, cultural and promotional events organized in 2015 were discussed.

The importance of organizing temporary exhibitions and presentation of books dedicated to the centennial of the Armenian Genocide was highlighted. The following exhibitions will be provided by the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute: “Child victims of the Armenian Genocide”, “Armenian Sport in the Ottoman Empire”, “Self-defense battles during the Armenian Genocide”, “Armenian Churches and Monasteries on World Stamps”.

Hayk Demoyan highly appreciated the work of Lebanese Central Committee and their cooperation with the secretary of the state commission.
