The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to the Republic of Armenia (residence in Kyiv) Dragica Ponorac visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial.
The newly appointed Ambassador was welcomed by the director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Harutyun Marutyan, who presented to the guest the history of the construction of the Armenian Genocide Memorial. The Ambassador laid flowers at the Eternal Fire and honored the memory of the innocent martyrs with a minute of silence.
Dragica Ponorac also visited the Genocide Museum, and at the end of the visit the Ambassador left a note in the Memory Book of honorable guests: “So that this will never happen again in any part of the world”.
Harutyun Marutyan thanked the guest for his visit and interest and gifted several English language publications of AGMI.
