THE FIRST VICE PRESIDENT OF THE ANDALUSIAN PARLIAMENT VISITS THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE MEMORIAL
Within her visit to Armenia the First Vice President of the Parliament of Andalusia, Spain, Maria Esperanza Oña Sevilla visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex.
The First Vice President of the Andalusia Parliament toured in the museum, got acquainted with the details of the history of the Armenian Genocide and left a note in the Memory Book of Honorable Guests.
AGMI Director Harutyun Marutyan gifted the volumes of the articles on the Armenian Genocide published in the American press, and together they visited the Genocide Monument, where Maria Esperanza Oña Sevilla put flowers at the eternal fire and honored the memory of the innocent martyrs with a minute of silence.
The purpose of the visit of the First Vice President of the Parliament of Andalusia is to promote Armenian-Spanish bilateral relations and the region's possible recognition of the Armenian Genocide.
