Secretary General of the Council of Europe Terry Davis, visited the Tsisernakaberd Memorial Complex.
During the visit Mr. Davis put flowers to the memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims. The Secretary General of the Council of Europe left a note in the Commemoration Book where particularly mentioned: “We must never allow such terrible things or happen again anywhere in the world”.
